سياسة الخصوصية — سيرتي (Seerati)

هذه السياسة تصف كيفية تعامل تطبيق سيرتي مع بياناتك. كل أدوات السيرة تعمل على جهازك مباشرة، وبياناتك تبقى ضمن أجهزتك الخاصة.
جمع البيانات
- لا نجمع بيانات شخصية. التطبيق لا يحتوي على إعلانات، ولا نظام حسابات، ولا إحصائيات ترسل بياناتك إلى طرف ثالث.
- التخزين المحلي أولاً. السيرة الذاتية وبيانات ملفك الشخصي تُحفظ داخل جهازك (قاعدة بيانات محلية).
- مزامنة iCloud (اختيارية). عند تفعيل مزامنة iCloud في جهازك، تُزامن سيرك الذاتية عبر حساب Apple الخاص بك بين أجهزتك عبر خدمة iCloud دون أن تتمكن من الوصول إليها. يمكنك إيقاف المزامنة أو حذف البيانات من إعدادات iCloud.
- استيراد LinkedIn (اختياري). إذا اخترت «المتابعة بـ LinkedIn»، فتتم معالجة ملفك الشخصي عبر وسيط OAuth لاستيراد بيانات تعطيها أنت؛ لا نخزّن معلومات دخولك، وتُستخدم بيانات الملف المستوردة داخل التطبيق فقط.
- جميع الميزات الذكية تعمل محلياً. أدوات الصياغة والمراجعة والمقابلة التدريبية محركات مدمجة تعمل على جهازك دون أي اتصال بشبكة لإنجازها — لا تُرسل بياناتك إلى أي خادم خارجي.
- لا تتبع. لا نستخدم أدوات تتبع، ولا إعلانات مخصصة، ولا نبيع بياناتك.
البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك
- السيرة الذاتية والمحتوى الذي تنشئه، وإعدادات التطبيق، وحالة الاشتراك (ما إذا كنت مشتركاً في النسخة المدفوعة).
- يمكنك حذف كل هذه البيانات في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق أو بحذف التطبيق.
الاشتراكات والمدفوعات
- تتم معالجة الدفع من خلال Apple (App Store) وفق سياسة خصوصية وشروط Apple. لا نتلقى بيانات بطاقتك الائتمانية.
- إدارة الاشتراك وإلغاؤه تتم من إعدادات Apple على جهازك.
الأمان
لا نستطيع الوصول إلى بياناتك، وهي لا تغادر أجهزتك إلا إلى حساب iCloud الخاص بك عندما تكون المزامنة مفعّلة عند استيراد LinkedIn عبر OAuth عند اختيارك صراحةً ذلك.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه الصفحة من وقت لآخر. عند التحديث يُعدّل تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه.

Privacy Policy — Seerati

This policy explains how the Seerati app handles your data. All resume tools run on your device, and your data stays within your own devices.
Data collection
- We do not collect personal data. The app has no advertising, no account system, and no analytics that send your data to third parties.
- On-device storage first. Your resumes and profile information are stored locally on your device.
- iCloud sync (optional). If iCloud sync is enabled on your device, your resumes are synchronized through your own Apple account across your devices via iCloud; we cannot access them. You can turn sync off or delete the data from your iCloud settings.
- LinkedIn import (optional). If you choose “Continue with LinkedIn”, your profile is processed through an OAuth service to import data you provide; we never store your login credentials, and imported profile data is used only inside the app.
- All smart features run on-device. The drafting, review, and practice-interview tools are built-in engines that work on your device with no network connection for these features — your data is never sent to any external server.
- No tracking. We use no tracking tools, no targeted ads, and we never sell your data.
Data stored on your device
- Resumes and content you create, app settings, and your subscription state (whether you are a Pro subscriber).
- You can delete all of this data at any time from within the app or by deleting the app.
Subscriptions and payments
- Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) under Apple's privacy policy and terms. We never receive your credit card information.
- Subscription management and cancellation happen in your Apple account settings.
Security
We cannot access your data. It does not leave your devices except through your own iCloud account when sync is enabled, or to LinkedIn via OAuth when you explicitly choose to import your profile.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. Updates will change the "Last updated" date above.
