الموافقة على الشروط
باستخدامك لتطبيق سيرتي فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
استخدام التطبيق
- التطبيق يساعدك في إنشاء السيرة الذاتية وتحسينها. أنت المسؤول عن دقة المعلومات التي تدخلها.
- النسخة المجانية: تتيح إنشاء السيرة يدوياً والاطلاع على الميزات الأساسية، مع بعض القيود (مثل عدم تصدير PDF أو أخذ لقطات شاشة للمعاينة).
- النسخة المدفوعة (سيرتي برو): تفتح أدوات التحسين والتقييم والمطابقة، والتصدير إلى PDF، عبر اشتراك متجدد شهري أو سنوي.
الاشتراك المتجدد (Auto-Renewable Subscription)
- يُدفع الاشتراك عبر Apple App Store ويتجدد تلقائياً بنفس السعر والفترة حتى يتم إلغاؤه.
- الفترة التجريبية المجانية: قد تُقدَّم فترة تجريبية مجانية لمدة 7 أيام للمشتركين الجدد في بعض العروض. خلال الفترة التجريبية لن يُخصم أي مبلغ؛ ويبدأ الخصم تلقائياً عند انتهائها ما لم يُلغَ الاشتراك قبل ذلك.
- الإلغاء: يمكنك إلغاء التجديد التلقائي في أي وقت من إعدادات Apple على جهازك (الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات) قبل انتهاء الفترة الحالية. لا يُسترد المبلغ عن فترات لم تُستخدم.
- شراء «سيرتي برو» هو شراء داخل التطبيق يخضع لشروط Apple.
الأدوات الذكية
- أدوات الصياغة والمراجعة تساعدك على تحسين محتوى سيرتك الذاتية. أنت مسؤول عن مراجعة المحتوى النهائي قبل استخدامه.
- تعمل أدوات صياغة السيرة وميزاتها على جهازك مباشرة؛ وتُزامَن سيرك الذاتية عبر iCloud عند التفعيل، وتُعالج ملفاتك عند اختيارك استيرادها من LinkedIn.
- لا ندّعي أن نتائج تحليل ATS أو مطابقة الوظائف أو أي نصائح مضمونة النتيجة.
الملكية الفكرية
- التطبيق ومحتواه (باستثناء ما تنشئه أنت) ملك لمطور «سيرتي».
- المحتوى الذي تنشئه داخل التطبيق هو ملكك.
إخلاء مسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون ضمانات. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو الاعتماد على محتواه.
تغيير الشروط
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.

Acceptance of terms
By using the Seerati app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of the app
- The app helps you create and improve resumes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
- Free version: allows manual resume creation and core features, with some limits (for example, no PDF export or screenshots of the preview).
- Pro version (سيرتي برو): unlocks improvement, assessment, and matching tools, and PDF export through a renewable monthly or yearly subscription.
Auto-renewable subscription
- The subscription is billed through the Apple App Store and renews automatically at the same price and period until cancelled.
- Free trial: a 7-day free trial may be offered to new subscribers on some offers. No charge is made during the trial; billing begins automatically when it ends unless the subscription is cancelled beforehand.
- Cancellation: you can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Apple account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) before the current period ends. No refund is given for unused portions of a period.
- Purchasing "سيرتي برو" is an in-app purchase governed by Apple's terms.
Smart features
- Drafting and review tools help you improve your resume content. You are responsible for reviewing the final content before use.
- All resume tools run on your device; your resumes sync through iCloud when enabled, and your profile is processed when you choose to import from LinkedIn.
- We do not guarantee outcomes of ATS analysis, job matching, or any advice.
Intellectual property
- The app and its content (except content you create) belong to the Seerati developer.
- Content you create in the app is yours.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages from using the app or relying on its content.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
